It holds that individuals need practical, compassionate help to start anew, building strength before a crisis hits rather than merely fixing damage afterward. The first programme, the Early Childhood Compass, is a pilot dedicated to the early years, offering hands‑on assistance to parents and carers of children aged 0‑6. It aims to guide families through this crucial stage with clear direction, strong connections, and confidence.
